Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James was on the radio with Fox Sports Ohio’s Tom Rinaldi today as the Cleveland Cavaliers play the Golden State Warriors in Game 5 of the NBA Finals.
Rinaldi had a lot to say about the Cavs game and what they need to do to get back in it:It’s about the energy level of the team.
They need to be playing at that level.
They’ve been playing great lately.
They’re in a great position.
They have a really good team and a good culture.
And it’s about how they go out there and play.
The Cavs are a team that needs to get out there, and the Warriors have a lot of talent.
They’ve got a lot that they can do, but they’ve got to get the energy back.
We’ve got more than 100,000 people at home and the fans are going crazy.
They love to see their team.
If we don’t have that energy back, they’ll just see what they can get out of it.
And then we have to be able to bring it back in the playoffs.
We have to go out and have the best game we can possibly have.
We’re going to need to play a lot better, but that’s what it comes down to.
We’re going out there to win this series.
We want to do it in the Finals.
I don’t think we’re going down there to just win the title.
We’ll have to win.
I’m sure we’ll get the best out of them.
I’m going to be watching the Cavs very closely.
I think that’s going to give us an advantage, but we’ve got some guys that are going to have to play some extra hard.
I really want to see how we’re playing.
We haven’t played that well yet, but I think we can do a lot with it.
We need to continue to be in the right mindset, keep fighting.
And I think it’s going have a huge impact on us and our guys.
They are going through a tough time, but as long as they stay focused and play together, we’ll be fine.
